Had problems with laptop & desktop pc's. Jack took the time to investigate the problem with the laptop, and having researched the matter advised me to contact the manufacturer, rather than go ahead and repair it himself. I ended up saving a large amount of money by managing to get it repaired by them, even though out of warranty. So refreshing in this day and age - rather than just going ahead and accepting my money as others may have done. After a number of discussions Jack subsequently built a custom desktop pc for me. I have been extremely pleased with this machine - it does everything I want, and most importantly, very quickly. Will definitely recommend to friends & family, and will use again in the future.
